A. Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Introduction<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. <\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last item of goods.<\/p>\n

If you use this online option, we will promptly provide you with confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email), including the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

Effects of Withdrawal<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>\n

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. <\/p>\n

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. <\/p>\n

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not residents of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.<\/p>\n

Linked or Financed Transactions<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from the contract, you will no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit.<\/p>\n

This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in connection with the financing.<\/p>\n

If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return.<\/p>\n

The latter shall not apply where this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).<\/p>\n

If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, you should exercise your right of withdrawal and, where applicable, also withdraw from the associated loan agreement.<\/p>\n
