    Cancellation policy

    A. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

    Introduction

    Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following terms. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

    Right of Withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

    The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yellow Bear Records GmbH, Groß-Nabas-Str. 9, 81827 Munich, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0)89 12126142, Email: info@yellowbearrecords.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

    Effects of Withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

    You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

    You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

    Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not residents of a European Union member state and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.

    Linked / Financed Transactions

    If you finance this contract via a loan and later withdraw, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts constitute a single economic transaction. This is particularly the case if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our participation in financing. If the loan has already been received by us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives). To avoid contractual obligations as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.
